As a Senior Account Executive in the construction industry Andrew offers four plus years of experience as a Billing Manager and Recruiter coupled with twenty-five years of supervisory, management, outsource recruiting, and leadership experience to the professional staffing process. Additionally, through his academic achievements he is schooled in the art of Human Resource Management by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Management, and a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and Management. Additionally, he brings to the staffing industry over twenty-two years of diverse personnel screening, selection, management and supervision by virtue of a successful military career. His past experience and exposure to the procurement and management of hard skill professionals has prepared him to be a key player in the industry and your teaming partner in locating, screening, recruiting, and hiring Construction Management professionals. Andrew specializes in recruiting and networking with top Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Safety Managers, Quality Control Managers, Architects, Engineers and other key construction management professionals that will add value and strength to your organizational team.
