Melissa McGill

As a professional recruiter Melissa bring years of public sector association, communication, interface and networking experience to the construction industry.

Her experience range from service in the medical/hospital setting to working on a day-to-day basis within a government owned and government contract organization. Melissa’s past experience has allowed her to learn the rules of the road when it comes to the expectations and requirements of both open commercial and government organizations dealing with contractual requirements. She has completed formal training and served more than a year as both, a Project Coordinator and Account executive with Management Recruiters of Lawton.

Melissa has recruited, screened, qualified and presented right fit candidates to fill key positions for our commercial construction clients. Her past experience as a Project Coordinator offered her the opportunity to develop her industry knowledge to the level of a professional recruiter. As an Account Executive Melissa brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry, bidding processes, proposal development, project scope and a level of expertise necessary to locate right fit key construction management personnel to insure your organization success.
